AAPIO thanks you for your support and participation. AAPIO of Northern California is the oldest Indian-American professional organization in Northern California, and part of AAPI, the largest ethnic physician group in America.
Here is what AAPIO provides for your membership:
- Free monthly accredited CME programs with dinner
- Free community health fairs and health seminars that you can volunteer in
- Free social events such as the annual picnic that provide networking opportunities
- AAPIO’s semi-annual and annual meetings
- Representation at the California Medical Association, allied health care organizations, and with state and local politicians
- Mentorship to health care providers setting up practice
- Role models for health care providers in training
- A charitable fund providing scholarships for students entering health professions, and for other worthy health related charities
You may visit AAPIO events, officers, and other organizational information. We will communicate with you monthly via email, and by a mailed newsletter twice a year. If you are not getting emails, or are not receiving any mail, please send an email to: email@aapio.org along with your address.
If you have not become a member, or your membership dues have lapsed, please renew. Download and print the membership form and mail it TODAY. Your membership dues are tax-deductible. If you are a Kaiser physician, please see the information given below.

Special Benefit for Kaiser Providers:
The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) may reimburse you for professional society dues. AAPI (national) and AAPIO (chapter) are both now approved by TPMG for reimbursement as professional medical organizations. You will need to provide a receipt of payment to your member benefits department.
